We have special package rates for holidays and special events. Please contact me for those.
The package prices do not include my hourly labor rate.
The package prices does not include insurance for that event. I do, however, have business insurance.
If a client requires special insurance, not what my business insurance covers, the amount of the event insurance will be added to the deposit.
My hourly labor rate is $25.00 Per Hour.
I charge for the amount of time I put into preparing a proposal. The time starts when the consultation is over.
I require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
The amount of the deposit will be determined by the type of even, the size of the event, and the amount of vendors who require payment of front.
Most deposits range between $3,500 and $10,000.
Clients will receive an invoice at the beginning of the event. The total is due at the end of the event.
I charge extra if a client needs a consultation outside of my office hours. This charge is due at the time of the consultation. I charge $100.00 for the consultation.
